We don't just train you for two weeks and leave you to sink or swim. We continue to train you after your store opens and are always available to assist you with your concerns and problems. We are not in this business to just start franchises, we are committed to starting and maintaining successful relationships and businesses with our franchisees.
We encourage our franchisees to develop a location in their hometown or community. Our franchise system stresses the importance of one-on-one relationships and what better way than picking a site in your hometown. Our staff then analyzes the potential site to match customer demographics, traffic counts and any existing competition and make suggestions for store locations. We then help you during your lease negotiation so that you can negotiate your best deal possible by understanding the economic, logistic and demographic issues.
After you choose your site and finalize your lease, we develop the layout of your store to fit your unique location. From outdoor signage to the placement of your supplies inside, we will design your business for maximum visibility and ease of customer and employee use, all while keeping the warm and friendly atmosphere that is a Mail N Copy store.
Our training program is one of our most valuable assets. Running a Mail N Copy store is not as easy as just making a copy and ringing up sales. The logistics and technicalities of shipping and printing can be very complex and intimidating. We have developed a training system that make accessing and learning the rules and regulations of shipping simpler. We provide two weeks of training at our facility where you have a chance to learn all the details of the business through both study materials as well as real world scenarios. After these two weeks are completed, we come to your location for your opening to further your education and help you deal with problems that may arise.
